Returns

If you are not convinced or it is not your size, no problem. You have a period of up to 15 days from the date of purchase to return your order.

The items that are returned must be with their label,unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete the return, we need your purchase receipt.

You can make a return of the entire order or part of it.

Returns of products made to order are not accepted.

refunds

Once we receive your order and verify the return, we will notify you by email and proceed to make the refund in the original payment method. This process can take up to 15 days from when we receive your order.

The refund does not include the shipping costs that you paid when placing your order.

Preparation

Let's give our packages a second life and use it to pack your items so that they reach us in perfect condition.

Remember to attach the receipt or purchase confirmation of your order.

Shipment

get in contact us indicating the order number, items of the order that you want to return, and the reason for the return. You will receive the shipping instructions by email when requesting your return.

The return costs are borne by the customer, except if it is a return due to tare or original defects.

We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number to ensure we receive your order.
